Aurora leaves and sky artwork inspired by Al-Anbiya

Aksaray · Türkiye

01 · The beginning

Leaves below.
Light above.

During a student exchange in Aksaray, Türkiye, a simple shawl project began with sketches of leaves. The search for meaning led to the Quranic phrase “the heaven and earth”.

The leaves became a reflection of the earth. The colours became the sky at Fajr, Maghrib, Isya and Tahajjud — and the aurora borealis. From that meeting of nature, colour and revelation, Goozel was born.

Art as a way of glorifying the Creator.

02 · Our belief

We do not begin with a pattern.

We begin
with an ayah.

Beauty is the form. Remembrance is the purpose.

03 · Quranic worlds

Enter the
atmosphere.

Each reflection carries its own sky, rhythm and emotional temperature. Choose a world and let the colours change around you.

Al-Anbiya · 21:4

The heavens
and the earth.

“My Lord knows every word spoken in the heavens and on earth.”

Quranic Artwork

Leaves decorate the earth while colours take their cue from the sky at prayer times and the northern lights.

Reflection

A wearable reminder of the Creator of the earth and skies — the All-Hearing and All-Knowing.

05 · Reflection Lab

What does your
heart need today?

Choose a state. Goozel will shape a colour atmosphere and a short reflection prompt for you.

CALM · SAKINAH

Pause. Notice what Allah has already placed around you: breath, time, shade, colour and another chance to return.

06 · Living with Quranic Art

Wear it.
Live with it.

Quranic art translated into shawls, apparel, cushions, spaces and commissioned works — not as decoration alone, but as remembrance made visible.

07 · The quiet journey

Ayah.
Reflection.
Sketch.
Object.

Nothing is added merely for decoration. Every line, colour and form carries meaning from the reflection that came before it.

This does not just represent beauty. My connection to the Quran deepens when I wear it.
